No — but we build to Passive House principles on every project. Full PHI certification is available for clients who want it, but the performance standards, airtightness detailing, and healthy material focus apply regardless of certification.
We work across new custom homes, renovations, additions, and consulting engagements. We're selective about volume — we'd rather do fewer projects well than more projects quickly. Get in touch and we can discuss whether your project is a good fit.
Absolutely — we work closely with architects and building designers and genuinely enjoy the collaborative process. The earlier we can be involved in a project, the better the outcome. We're happy to be introduced at any stage.
As early as possible. Our pre-construction process is thorough — and it needs to be, to deliver the outcomes we're committed to. For new builds, reaching out at concept or early design stage is ideal. For renovations, as soon as you have a rough scope in mind.
Yes. We offer standalone consulting services for architects, designers, owner-builders, and developers. This includes Passive House review, building envelope advice, airtightness consulting, and material specification guidance.
